This blog is re-named Shift into Power

Today I bring all of my pages in order and this is re-named into Shift into Power – the same name as my podcast and a very special offer that I have. This change reflects the deeper work I do today — supporting women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted despite appearing strong and capable on the outside.

What Shift into Power Means

Shift into Power is about moving from overwhelm into grounded inner authority.

This happens when:

  • your nervous system begins to regulate
  • your body feels safe again
  • your intuition becomes clear and accessible

This is not about coping better with stress.
It’s about creating real, lasting transformation.

Everything is designed to support you in reconnecting with yourself and creating change from within.

If you are ready to move beyond stress and into a more grounded, aligned way of living, you are in the right place.

How I am met as an overweight person

People treat me differently since I gained weight. It’s an absolutely hilarious and sometimes sad as well as scary experience. It’s like I should be someone to feel sorry for, and I have the feeling that it makes me less interesting to people. Since I have been thin most of my life I know the difference. I find it horrifying that we treat overweight people in the way that we do. It’s like we’re some kind of pariah at times.

Don’t get me wrong, there are upsides, like less women are jealous of me and I’m enjoying a new relationship with men, in which it’s easier to simply be friends. But generally, I find that many people treat me with some kind of “oh poor you” attitude, which is quite disrespectful.

I’m still the same person. I’m a strong, independent woman with loads to give. I gained weight mainly due to medical issues, which are over, so I am loosing weight now. I do look forward to dancing freely again, and to be treated with respect. I’m not talking about the medical issues to excuse myself, just to remind people that there might be other reasons than for example lack of discipline for some to be overweight.

Here below are two photos of me, the thin version is from ca 8 years ago. It’s not a very long time, but it feels like another life. I have to fight and prove myself a lot to get the same kind of respect from people as back then. People seem to think that I have to live a problematic life due to my overweight. That is far from true. I live a great life, right now! I have the same energy on stage as back then, I can mesmerize a room full of people with my stories and fairy tales – when I get the chance.

When you look at the photos, you see the same smile, the same look in the eyes, the same person. Remember that next time you meet an overweight individual. It’s a human being with strength, dreams and power, just like you!

The Butterfly Journey – a pathway to manifestation – FREE PDF

The Butterfly Journey is a way to manifest your dreams without having to know exactly what you want. It also allows you to grow and develop during the manifestation process, in a playful and transformative inner journey! In an interesting way, this path can takes you to wishes of your heart which you wouldn’t even have been able to imagine when you started.

This is because life changes you. Everything you do affects you in a myriad of ways and embarking upon the transformation that the Butterfly Journey will bring you into might change you in unpredictable ways. But all for the better. You will start with a strong intention of being aligned with your heart and soul. This assures that the wish that manifests is something that not only your ego wants, but rather that which your entire being is longing for.

With all that said, it is possible to manifest almost anything with this method. Once I manifested a 90m2 dream apartment in central Vienna for 400 Euros per month, which less than what people pay for a room!

Abolishing hell – a shamanic ritual

I was in a special state of mind about a year ago, followed my intuition and realized that I was asked to perform a ritual to abolish hell. It was at the same time a great feeling arising from within, that this is what I wanted to do. At the same time I saw clearly that hell never existed. It is forbidden according to universal law to create such a place. But just the thought of being sent there is bad enough. It has hurt many.

During three days I performed a ritual abolishing the illusion of hell from this Earth. I found an entrance and simply started to liberate beings from the web of believing to be caught in there. Repeating the phrase “hell never existed, you are free, you are loved”. Much time was spent with soothing and showing love to the beings there, telling fairy tales and speaking softly, guiding them to freedom.

I saw a vision of great hands catching the souls who thought that they were sent to hell and took care of them in various amazing places in the universe. And that this is how it’s been happening all along. But the moment of being sent there was such a strong memory and for some, parts of their souls was stuck in the illusion. Some beings were totally stuck. So I helped liberating these soul parts and beings.

Some of them where also stuck in behaviors from lives that they had lived, and some had turned pretty evil from the experience of the illusion of hell. I had to be very careful and had much help from my guides as well as other beautiful beings. The work took much concentration, afterwards I was pretty tired and needed a long rest.

One of the most beautiful experiences was watching seven beings who chose to walk through the atrocities of the illusion, step by step, liberating themselves like knights in shining armor. It was a great honor to be of assistance to these amazing souls. All I did for them was focusing on the falsity of the illusion and sometimes guiding them to the next step on the way out.

It was so beautiful to see how the universe and the divine force within it immediately forgives. There is no such thing as punishment for what you have done in your life. We all know that bad behavior comes from trauma. Who’s to blame? No one. I’m not saying that we shouldn’t lock people up in prison when they are still alive. But not as a punishment, more as a safety measure and for healing, hopefully becoming good people through the experience through education, therapy and so on. That is the best kind of prison system.

All in all, it was one of the most beautiful rituals that I have ever performed. I will never forget it, it still touches me deeply.
